To find out more about my facilitation, visit my organisational change company Making Change Work >>
For more than 12 years, I have worked internationally with organisations as a workshop facilitator. My role is enabling attendees to experience transformative levels of insight, meaning and connection from their time together.
Through my other brand 'Making Change Work - we create higher levels of Quality of Mind in the attendees. This can be done overtly, through understanding and education of Quality of Mind, or via the relevant facilitative technique, for example: Appreciative Inquiry, Dynamic Facilitation, NLP, De Bono and Clean Language/Symbolic Modelling.
Benefits: The key benefit of excellent facilitation is to stimulate a higher quality of dialogue creating emergent shared meaning, leading to collaboration, creativity and ownership. The opportunity cost of having your people in the rooms needs to be mitigated by having a powerful outcome.
Experience: I have designed and run workshops across the globe for many blue chip clients on a variety of topics including innovation, ‘ideation’, strategy alignment, team building, stakeholder management, and leadership and culture behaviours.
My facilitation clients include: Unilever, Coca-Cola, HSBC, Kraft, Nestle, Ford, Pepsi, GSK, Bacardi, Anglepoise, Oxford University Press, National Skills Academies, NHS, and London Borough of Camden.
